Snooki is gearing up for a pivotal part of her cancer journey.
Five months after the Jersey Shore alum (real name Nicole Polizzi) shared she had been diagnosed with stage one cervical cancer, she shared an update ahead of her hysterectomy.
“So, I last left off with you guys saying that I was diagnosed with stage one cervical cancer and then I didn’t tell you what happened next,” Snooki said in a recent TikTok. “I’ve been so busy traveling and doing all the things but now it’s game time. It’s happening soon.”
Indeed, the 38-year-old—mom to Lorenzo, 13, Giovanna, 11, and Angelo, 7, with husband Jionni LaValle—detailed her recent PET scan which confirmed next steps in her cancer treatment.
“So, I get there and they put me in the room, like get me ready,” Snooki continued. “I get there and the nurse comes in with a big suitcase. I had no idea they inject you with radioactive material. So, she opens this suitcase and gets this big ass needle out and I’m like, ‘F–k me.’ I hate needles.”
But Snooki admitted, “At this point it’s like, ‘Just do it.’ Whatever.”
