You don’t need a Trojan Horse to be welcomed into Matt Damon‘s home.
In fact, the actor has approved of many of the suitors who vied for the hearts of his and wife Luciana Barroso Damon‘s four daughters: Alexia Damon, 27, Isabella Damon, 20, Gia Damon, 17, and Stella Damon, 15.
“I’m pretty kind,” Matt told exclusively told Justin Sylvester during the Live from E! Stream of The Odyssey‘s New York City premiere July 14, adding that his daughters “have very wonderful tastes.”
Still, he will wage war if needed. As the 55-year-old put it, he has the same approach as his fellow Oscar winner Sean Penn, who once made a veiled threat to his daughter Dylan Penn‘s childhood boyfriend before their date.
“My favorite line that I’ve ever seen was Sean Penn’s,” Matt said with a laugh, before quoting the One Battle After Another star’s 2015 interview on The Graham Norton Show, “‘Whatever you do to her, I’m gonna do to you when you get home.'”
