Italian luxury group Ermenegildo Zegna Group has reported continued momentum in its direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel and growth across all regions during the third quarter, led by the Zegna brand. The performance reflected resilient client demand despite a challenging global consumer environment.

Revenue rose 8.9 per cent year on year (YoY) to €433.8 million (~$487.26 million, as per conversion rate of $1 = €0.8903 as on October 22, 2026) in the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, while organic revenue increased 8.2 per cent.

Ermenegildo Zegna Group’s Q3 revenue rose 8.9 per cent, with organic revenue up 8.2 per cent, led by DTC gains and Zegna.
DTC revenue increased 13 per cent, 84 per cent of branded-product revenue; Zegna revenue grew 13.8 per cent.
Americas led regional gains, up 14 per cent; China (plus Taiwan), EMEA and rest of Asia-Pacific also grew.

Zegna brand revenue grew 13.8 per cent to €283.8 million (~$318.77 million), Tom Ford Fashion revenue increased 5.4 per cent to €69.6 million (~$78.18 million), and Thom Browne revenue declined 5.9 per cent to €45.4 million (~$50.99 million).

“This was another quarter of solid progress for our Group. DTC continued to drive our growth, led by ZEGNA, which delivered a robust 16 per cent organic increase in the DTC channel,” said Ermenegildo ‘Gildo’ Zegna, executive chairman, Ermenegildo Zegna Group.

“As we enter the final months of the year, we look ahead with cautious confidence. While the global environment remains uncertain, we stay focused on what has always set us apart: our close relationships with our clients grounded in more than a century of craftsmanship,” added Zegna.

DTC channel gains share as Zegna accelerates

The group’s DTC revenue increased 13 per cent to €335.3 million (~$376.62 million), with organic growth of 11.4 per cent. The channel represented 84 per cent of branded-product revenue, compared with 82 per cent a year earlier. Zegna DTC revenue climbed 18.2 per cent to €248.6 million (~$279.23 million), while Tom Ford Fashion DTC revenue rose 4.7 per cent to €50.3 million (~$56.50 million). Thom Browne DTC revenue fell 4.9 per cent to €36.4 million (~$40.89 million).

Wholesale branded revenue declined 5.2 per cent to €63.4 million (~$71.21 million), reflecting the group’s selective distribution approach. Zegna wholesale revenue decreased 9.8 per cent to €35.2 million (~$39.54 million), while Thom Browne wholesale revenue fell 9.9 per cent to €9.0 million (~$10.11 million). Tom Ford Fashion wholesale revenue increased 7.2 per cent to €19.2 million (~$21.57 million), supported by reception for its autumn-winter collections, the company said in a press release.

Americas lead regional growth

Revenue in the Americas increased 14 per cent to €138.3 million (~$155.34 million), or 13.6 per cent organically, with Zegna’s DTC business leading the advance. Revenue in China (plus Taiwan) rose 8.7 per cent to €84.1 million (~$94.46 million), with organic growth of 5.7 per cent, driven by Zegna DTC sales and partly offset by weaker Thom Browne performance.

Revenue in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) increased 6.9 per cent to €161.4 million (~$181.29 million), rising 6.3 per cent organically, while revenue in the rest of Asia-Pacific grew 3.6 per cent to €49.3 million (~$55.38 million), or 5 per cent organically. Textile revenue rose 3.5 per cent to €30.9 million (~$34.71 million), whereas other revenue declined 13.2 per cent to €4.1 million (~$4.61 million).

At the end of September, Zegna operated 275 directly operated stores, following four net closures during the quarter. Thom Browne had 129 directly operated stores after one net opening, including a Shanghai Plaza 66 location, while Tom Ford Fashion operated 67 stores, unchanged from the end of June.
