The Craziest Thing Vivian Jenna Wilson’s Done for Fashion? Wrangle a Live Snake

Fashion

It’s officially spooky season, so even though it was 90 degrees in Los Angeles Thursday night, model Vivian Jenna Wilson joined her friends, fellow influencers and select media at the weird and whimsical Petit Ermitage Hotel in West Hollywood, dressed for the fall season. Guests ignored the steamy temperature and wore black layers with boots and tights to showcase Awe Inspired’s new Nocturne jewelry collection, and the campaign fronted by Wilson.

The celebration marked the brand’s final “chapter” in this collection: The Gorgon, inspired by Medusa and the power of the female gaze. In between tarot readings and a spooky candlelit ceremony, we chatted with Wilson about her style icons (she’d steal the late drag queen Divine’s wardrobe if given the chance), jewelry preferences, what it was like to wear a real snake for the campaign photos and more.
