Ken Urker’s Sister Shares His Final Words to Her

Ken Urker’s loved ones are grieving his loss.

Following the death of the 34-year-old—who shared 21-month-old daughter Aurora with Gypsy Rose Blanchard—his sister Autumn Urker shared details of their final interaction.

Shortly after news of Ken’s death, Autumn went live on TikTok, during which she was visibly emotional.

According to Us Weekly, Autumn said during the stream that Ken’s last words to her were, “I love you.” She did not share additional information about when this conversation took place.

Ken died in Louisiana on Oct. 1, the Lafourche Sherriff’s Office confirmed to E! News that same day. According to the spokesperson for the office, Ken was “found dead upon arrival.” The statement noted a death investigation was underway. 

The coroner’s office also shared a statement with E! News Oct. 2 confirming it would be “conducting a full post- mortem examination” and that there would be no additional information shared in the meantime. 

As for Gypsy—in addition to telling People that Ken experienced an overdose before he passed away—the Life After Lock Up star shared a heartbreaking statement regarding the circumstances of her partner’s death.
