‘Entourage’ Star Jerry Ferrara Opens Up About A Possible Reboot 20 Years Later (Exclusive)

The crew from Entourage is remembering their time on set differently.

After Debi Mazar said that she was fat-shamed after giving birth in 2006 while filming the series, its creator Doug Ellin objected to the actress’ account.

“My thoughts are this is disgusting,” the writer responded on X Sept. 1. “Never, ever did myself or anyone that matters care or discuss Debi Mazar’s body.”

Regarding Mazar’s pregnancy, the 58-year-old added, “I would one million percent embrace any woman who got pregnant.”

While Ellin denied the Batman Forever star’s allegations about her experience on the show—which she participated in throughout its full run from 2004 to 2011—he did share that he gave an opinion on Jerry Ferrara‘s and Adrian Grenier‘s physical form.

“The only bodies on the show I ever commented on were Adrian’s ( I wanted him more muscular) and @jerryferrara who I wanted fatter,” the director explained. “I will forever feel bad about that because I didn’t realize the health implications at the time and now couldnt be happier for Jerry’s transformation.” (Ferrara, who played Turtle, shared his significant weight loss following the show’s sixth season, at which point he weighed 200 pounds despite being 5-foot-7.)
