Justin Timberlake Makes Rare Concert Appearance at Don Toliver’s Miami Show

Don’t cry a river just yet, because Justin Timberlake is back on the stage.

Over six months after his last performance, the Grammy winner made a surprise concert appearance, joining Don Toliver on stage at his Octane World Tour show in Miami, Fl., on Aug. 22 to perform Timberlake’s 2002 hit “Rock Your Body.”

As for how the epic moment came to be? Timberlake shared insight into how it all went down in a compilation video, captioning the Aug. 23 Instagram post, “I just wanted to watch the show from the VIP.”

In the first clip, the 45-year-old—who shares kids Silas, 11, and Phineas, 6, with Jessica Biel—showed himself in the crowd enjoying Toliver’s show, before the video cut to a SpongeBob SquarePants title card and accompanying audio that said, “A few moments later.”

And unbeknownst to concertgoers, they were in for a surprise.

As shown in the footage, which also circulated online, Toliver—who samples “Rock Your Body” in his 2026 track “Body”—could be seen dancing to Timberlake’s iconic song, before the singer himself appeared on stage.
