Cardi B’s Kids Show Off Spanish Skills in Rare Family Videos From Dominican Republic

Responding to recent comments about her figure, the 33-year-old addressed speculation that she had undergone more plastic surgery after previously removing most of her illegal butt injections.
“Why every time I look snatched up and I look f–king good,” Cardi (real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar) asked in a July 27 Instagram Live, “y’all always wanna f–king be like, ‘Oh, she got another surgery?’”
The “I Like It” rapper has never been shy about sharing the cosmetic procedures she’s done, a fact that she emphasized in her livestream.
“I’m very honest about surgery,” she said. “I’m very very honest. First of all, I got two lipos and one ass reduction.”
Indeed, Cardi has been candid about getting most of her butt injections removed. After beginning the process in 2022, she confirmed in her recent livestream that her last extraction was in January 2024. The “WAP” artist had previously opened up about her removal experience around that time.
