Brandi Glanville Claims Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Incident With Caroline Manzo Was A “Set Up”; Says Caroline Was “Fine”

Reality TV

This is such an ugly situation all around. There’s very little one can do to soften the blow of a serious accusation. Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hils star Brandi Glanville didn’t get her diamond back, but she did get herself into another pretty sizable bowl of hot water.

Brandi was tapped to appear on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 4. The location was Morocco and fans were excited about the return of some ladies we haven’t seen in a minute. Alums across the board were showing up and Real Housewives of New Jersey vet Caroline Manzo was coming back after a long hiatus.

Real Housewives like to party, especially when they’re in a luxurious location. During a filmed event one night, the alcohol was flowing. After perhaps having one too many, Brandi ALLEGEDLY found herself behind a locked bathroom door with Caroline and other co-stars. She reportedly touched Caroline in her private areas without consent.

An investigation was launched by the production company and Caroline left the show. Additionally, Brandi was sent home by the network. Few details about the incident have been revealed, which is usually par for the course if there’s a looming accusation. That changed yesterday when Brandi shared what things look like from her side of the room. Page Six has the details.

Brandi went on a bit of a tweeting binge and wants everyone to know she didn’t do anything wrong. She wrote, “I’m f–king sick of this narrative. I was hired for a 2nd season of girls trip cuz they LOVED what I did on 1st season I was told to bring the party just like before & that’s exactly what I did & I was punished for it.” I’ll need someone to remind me when “bring the party” meant “touch people in their vaginal area.” Allegedly.

“It feels like a f-king set up,” Brandi added. A setup for what? To make Brandi look bad? Were there production notes that outlined taking someone into a bathroom and locking the door? Was there an addendum with inappropriate touching as a bullet point? She continued, “It’s BS & Caroline was fine.” But according to Caroline, she isn’t fine. It really isn’t up to Brandi to determine how someone else feels. Especially after they feel they’ve been violated.

Another Brandi tweet said, “I can speak on anything I want to speak on-it was at the end of an 18 hour Wrk day at our belly dancing party & I’d like to see footage on it before hand as both myself & Caroline were very intoxicated.” I’m not sure it’s a good look to require the footage to confirm you didn’t sexually assault someone. There were also witnesses in the bathroom, according to initial reports.

Brandi shared, “Those are my statements. Yes I’m pissed off. Yes, this is been life f–king ruining and I’m not gonna be responding to anyone commenting.” Life ruining? Wait, I thought Lisa Vanderpump ruined Brandi’s life already. You know, after she slapped Lisa and then somehow LVP turned into “her own personal devil.” It would seem the majority factor for these “life-ruining” moments Brandi has is… Brandi.

Fortunately, there should be some resolution to this ordeal in the event Peacock has footage or witnesses have details. There are no cameras in the bathroom, so it’s going to rest on what other people saw at the moment. Brandi did clarify she’s not suing anyone, “I am not suing ANYONE not #Peacock or Anyone else for that matter.”

It would be unfair to label Brandi in a particular manner because very little information has been released. What the court of public opinion will do is reflect on Brandi’s past behavior and reach their conclusions that way. Despite this black cloud and lack of resolution, Brandi continues to receive enormous support from her followers.
