These “Movie Monsters” Face Masks Are the Coolest Way to Stay Safe and Support a Good Cause

Horror

Lots of awesome folks here in the horror community have been helping out during these trying times by making cool masks for horror fans to wear out there in the world, including our friends over at Horror Decor, but Rob Sheridan is taking things to a whole new level with his “Movie Monsters” masks, now available for purchase through Threadless.

Brought to our attention by Birth Movies Death, Sheridan’s “Movie Monsters” masks bring a little Halloween fun to these otherwise dark times, allowing you to protect both yourself and others while also paying tribute to your favorite horror movie monsters. They’re essentially the PPE equivalent of Halloween masks, with proceeds benefiting a really good cause.

The 7.5″ x 4.5″ face masks are selling for $20 each, with a portion of the proceeds from each sale being donated to national non-profit organization MedShare, a charity that (via Wikipedia) “recovers surplus medical supplies and equipment from U.S. hospitals and manufacturers, and redistributes them to needy hospitals in developing countries.”

10 different masks are available as part of “Movie Monsters” Series 1, depicting the mouths of iconic killers like the Alien, Predator, Jason Voorhees, Chatterer and the Gill-Man.

Head over to Rob Sheridan’s shop over on Threadless to bite back at the virus.

And whether you buy these or not, WEAR A MASK IN PUBLIC.
