A-Trak and Chromeo’s Dave 1 Form the Brothers Macklovitch, Share New Song: Listen

Chromeo’s Dave 1 and his brother A-Trak have formed a new group called the Brothers Macklovitch, and shared a new song called “Give Love To Get Some.” The track features R&B singer Leven Kali and is out now via A-Trak’s Fool’s Gold label. Check it out below.

The Brothers Macklovitch plans to release a second track along with remixes of “Give Love To Get Some.” The duo has previously performed together, but “Give Love to Get Some” marks their first recorded release. They’re scheduled to perform via livestream on May 30 on the social platform #BeApp.

Chromeo produced Ian Isiah’s forthcoming project AUNTIE. The duo released their fifth album Head Over Heels in 2018.

A-Trak and Armand Van Helden’s group Duck Sauce released two new songs this year: “Captain Duck” and “Smiley Face.” Check out Pitchfork’s “Update” feature on the duo.
