Single Review: Kfir Danieli: “Drama Queen”

LGBTQ Entertainment News, Music

The very name of recording artist Kfir Danieli’s charted pop single, “Drama Queen”, makes me smile. The anthemic, relevant and trendy toon comes with its own message, and eye opening video. The track is fun, addicting, funky, and vibrant, as is Singer/songwriter, dancer and Broadway sensation, Kfir Danieli. “Drama Queen” is raging with attitude, and demanding respect.

Danieli, originally hailing from Israel is no stranger to the entertainment business. He has been a dancer almost all of his life, however singing suits the young, handsome recording superstar in the most delicious way. Based in New York City, Danieli is currently a major dancer in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Phantom of the Opera” on Broadway, while pursuing an intense singing career. “Drama Queen” has taken its place on the US Top Hot 100 List Music Charts at number 45 this week, right behind Madonna, and surpassing artists such as the Chainsmokers, One Republic, Camila Cabello, Jennifer Lopez and Pink.

Soon releasing his new EP, Kfir’s dance mix hit “Heart After Dark” went to number 6 on the UK pop charts. From that he was able to raise the money to record and produce “Drama Queen.” The message is a powerful warning to those who have no respect for diversity. The video is a colorful blast of dazzle and sparkle, featuring Kfir himself singing and dancing throughout. His voice is angelic and clear. The song is creating a New York buzz and gaining attention nationally. It’s passionate and authentic, born from diversity and Danieli’s love for music.

This commercially bright number is danceable, dramatic and deserves to take its place amongst the pop hits of today…..
