Late-night comedians are having a field day with the revelation that North Carolina Lt. Gov Mark Robinson (R) is a self-admitted Nazi, a Peeping Tom and a lover of trans porn.
Yesterday, CNN reported that Robinson regularly posted sexually graphic comments on the porn site Nude Africa including racist comments aligning himself with Nazis and the KKK, admissions of secretly “peeping” on women in public gym showers as a 14-year-old, and his love of “tr**ny on girl porn.”

Last night, the satirical news program The Daily Show played a clip of Robinson recently claiming that there are only two genders.

Afterward, anchorman Ronny Chieng joked, “I guess there are more than two genders when it’s time to jerk it. It says that right in the Bible, right? If you couldn’t read it, it’s cause the pages were stuck together.”
At first, Chieng said Robinson’s comments could turn off the Republican voter base, but then he added, “So, this guy called himself a Nazi who likes Hitler and slavery—I take it back, I think maybe his base will still like it.”
Chieng also made fun of Robinson for even using the comments section of a porn site, wondering why he would even be on there talking about his political views.
Late night host Stephen Colbert also took shots at Robinson.
“[Robinson] referred to himself as a Black Nazi. Meaning, Donald Trump might say he’s a very fine person, but would not rent an apartment to him,” Colbert joked, referencing both Trump’s infamous August 15, 2017 comments that there were “very fine people” involved in a Charlottesville, Virginia white supremacist rally and also the infamous 1973 federal lawsuit brought against Trump for alleged anti-Black discrimination in his housing developments.
Colbert called Robinson’s comments “off-topic for a porn message board,” adding, “Mark, come on, stay focused. We’re not talking about Hitler right now. We’re debating if that delivery man was fairly compensated for the pizza he delivered with extra sausage.”
He also riffed on Robinson’s self-admitted history of being a Peeping Tom, joking, “That is going to be a tough one for the GOP to defend. ‘Um, when he said he was peeping on women, he meant he was tossing bright yellow-pink marshmallows on the ladies. Happy Easter!’”
Peeps are a popular brand of Easter holiday marshmallow candy in the shape of birds.
