Bethenny Frankel denies Carole Radziwill’s ‘stupid’ claim that Michael Cohen took ‘it’s about Tom’ pic

Reality TV

Bethenny Frankel slammed Carole Radziwill’s “stupid” claim that lawyer Michael Cohen took the now-infamous photo of Luann de Lesseps’ then-fiancé, Tom D’Agostino, cheating on her in 2016.

“Only because I love you and because many of you have asked me in the comments will I comment on something so insignificant and so stupid and it is that no, Michael Cohen did not take the photo at The Regency of Tom,” Frankel said in a since deleted TikTok video Friday.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum claimed that it was a woman who snapped the photo and that the mystery woman is “texting me right now on this very phone.”

“[She] just sent me our original text and the photo, and it was the photo, and underneath it, it said, ‘Maybe you should make different New Year’s Eve plans’ – which I don’t even know what that means,” she continued.

The woman was seemingly referring to New Year’s Eve 2016 – the date of De Lesseps and D’Agostino wedding.

“It’s dangerous to listen to just anybody spew their mouth off about something they know nothing about,” Frankel, 52, concluded.

The Skinnygirl founder responded to Radziwill’s claim that she was with a friend around six months ago when Donald Trump’s former attorney allegedly revealed that he was at The Regency when D’Agostino kissed another woman and took the photo that Frankel famously showed to De Lesseps on Season 8 of “RHONY.”

“[Cohen] said, ‘I took the picture,’ and I was like, ‘The picture that was on [‘RHONY’]?’ And he was like, ‘Yeah, I took it,’” Radziwill claimed on Heather McDonald’s “Juicy Scoop” podcast Thursday.

Radziwill alleged that Cohen was “friends” with Frankel’s late former fiancé, Dennis Shields — who died in August 2018 — and the former attorney sent the snap to Shields, who then forwarded it to his then-fiancée.

Radziwill and Frankel – who were formerly best friends before having an intense falling out – have disagreed with the photo account for years.

Back in 2021, Radziwill claimed that Frankel had no friend at The Regency and said the whole thing was a “total setup.”

“Bethenny knew this woman and found out that she was in contact with Tom. And Bethenny was like, ‘The next time you go see him, text me.’ And that’s what happened,” she said in Dave Quinn’s book, “Not All Diamonds and Rosé,” referring to the woman who was seen kissing D’Agostino.

Can’t get enough ‘Real Housewives?’

“She certainly didn’t just happen to have a friend at the Regency at 10 [p.m.] on a Tuesday night when Tom just happened to be there kissing some chick he used to bang,” the journalist continued.

Frankel later clapped back at her former friend and denied that she “set up a photo of Tom cheating on Luann.”

Frankel, however, denied having anything to do with D’Agostino cheating on De Lesseps.

“How could I set up a photo? Am I in a movie I’m casting? Like, ‘Hey Tom D’Agostino, I’d like to cast you in the role as cheater at the Regency Hotel?’” she said on an October 2021 podcast of her “Just B with Bethenny Frankel” podcast.

“So in this case, I’m a casting director that called Tom D’Agostino — who I don’t f–king know — to say, ‘Listen, I know it sounds weird, I just want you to be in a bar and make out with somebody because I have a photographer who’s going to be standing by to take a picture. Then I’m going to give it to everyone on the show,’” she continued.

De Lesseps and D’Agostino did end up saying “I do” on New Year’s Eve 2016, but they divorced seven months later.
