Jeff Lewis is still in the dog house after his inappropriate comments about Real Housewives of Beverly HIlls star Kyle Richards.
The Flipping Out alum appeared on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live recently, and when asked about his friend Kyle, he shockingly surprised viewers.
“Kyle and I are friends, and I’m pissed she didn’t tell me she was a lesbian on Ozempic,” Jeff joked.
His comments clearly rubbed the RHOBH OG the wrong way. She hasn’t responded to his text messages since his appearance. The Halloween actress has been the butt of the joke since the start of 2023. After posting photos to her Instagram, where the television personality showcased her rocking body, many jumped in the comments to accuse her of using Ozempic.
The type-2 diabetic drug, which we like to call Lady O, has been a mainstay in Hollywood these days. Some are eager to own up to their use, like the Real Housewives of New Jersey, while others… not so much.
Either way, Kyle has remained adamant that she hasn’t had outside help getting whipped into shape. It’s understandable why Jeff’s comments rubbed her the wrong way.
Jeff is pleading for Kyle’s forgiveness
In a new interview with Page Six, Jeff addressed his comments head-on and begged for Kyle’s forgiveness. “I was simply poking fun at these ridiculous rumors that have been circulating about my friend, Kyle,” he said. “I never expected anyone to take this seriously and have apologized publicly and privately.”
Recently, Jeff stated that he sent Kyle a text shortly after the WWHL episode; however, the diamond-holder hadn’t responded.
He finished his current statement to Page Six with a message directly for Kyle. “If I could say one thing to Kyle — please text me back,” he concluded.
