Kailyn Lowry admits she experienced a “mom fail” when her 13-year-old son, Isaac, discovered sex toys she accidentally left out on a kitchen counter.
“I will absolutely be more careful putting sex toys away,” she joked to Page Six recently at the Webby Awards. “I mean, come on. That was a mom fail, that was a big deal.”
The “Teen Mom” alum recently shared she had neglected to put away the toys after filming a sponsored post for a brand.
“They’re sex toys, and Isaac is not dumb,” Lowry, 31, said on an episode of her “Coffee Convos” podcast. “So, he saw the sex toys in a box on the counter, and I woke up to a Post-It note on my door.”
According to her, the note read, “Put your keychains away and don’t leave them on the counter.”
“I don’t even know why he called them that,” she continued. “On the next door, the next [note] said, ‘Use a condom before you end up with yet another kid.’”
Lowry also has four other children with three different partners.

Most recently, she reportedly welcomed her fifth child, another son, with boyfriend Elijah Scott, whom she started dating last year.
Despite the large brood, the former reality star isn’t sure she’s done having kids.
“I like to say that I’m done,” she told us, “but I can’t. I think I’m just trying to convince myself that I’m done and I’m not.”
And as for how many more Lowry would like, she’s undecided.
“It depends on the day,” the MTV alum explained. “Today, maybe one or two. If you ask me next week, maybe nine. Who knows!”
The “16 and Pregnant” star is happy that she’s no longer on TV and focusing on her two podcasts.
“Podcasting really gives me an opportunity to show my followers and my fans who I really am off camera,” she shared. “I think I would get really defensive on camera sometimes and because I couldn’t tell an entire story the way it actually happened, it was really hard to portray who I really was on camera.
“So, the podcast gives me a chance.”
