Raquel Leviss’ restraining order against Scheana Shay has put the “Vanderpump Rules” Season 10 reunion “in jeopardy.”
Shay’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani, is accusing Leviss of “sabotaging” the Bravo reality show by taking legal action against his client in the midst of the fallout from the former pageant queen’s affair with co-star Tom Sandoval.
“It just can’t happen in any meaningful way while this order is in place,” the attorney tells Page Six on Wednesday of the reunion, which is currently scheduled to film on March 23.
“The temporary restraining order, as it stands now, currently prohibits Scheana from being within 100 yards of Rachel, so they can’t both be physically present at the reunion,” he continues, using Leviss’ legal name.
Rahmani explains that “there really is no mechanism to modify this type of temporary civil restraining order before the [March 29 court] hearing, so the reunion, at least having them all together in person, is certainly in jeopardy.”
He foresees one of the TV personalities appearing via Zoom and the other attending in person.
However, the lawyer notes, “Scheana still can’t communicate with Rachel either directly or through an intermediary.”
Reps for Leviss and Bravo did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Leviss, 28, filed for a temporary restraining order against Shay, 37, one week after news broke of the former’s months-long affair with Tom Sandoval.
Shay has been accused of punching Leviss upon finding out about the betrayal to Sandoval’s now-ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, with Leviss including photos of her alleged bruised eye in the March 8 filing.
Shay subsequently denied the allegations via Rahmani.
“Scheana never punched Rachel, period,” the former federal prosecutor told Page Six on March 9. “This entire case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her.”

Prior to the legal filing, Page Six reported that a “heated confrontation” took place between the former friends.
Leviss referenced an altercation in her Instagram apology to Madix, 37, claiming on March 8 that she had been “physically assaulted.”
In a second social media statement the following day, Leviss clarified her and Sandoval’s current relationship status.
“I care for Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what lies ahead,” she wrote. “Right now I need to heal.”
At the time, Andy Cohen proposed the idea of Leviss and Shay possibly doing “one-off” interviews with the restraining order in mind.
“I don’t want to lean into hypothetical situations,” the Bravo executive, 54, told his SiriusXM listeners. “All I can say is we’re going to deliver a reunion … and it’s going to be great.”
Shay subsequently joked on her “Scheananigans” podcast about the reunion needing “cages” and “personal bodyguard[s].”
Lala Kent chimed in, “Security will definitely be amped up.”
Kent and Katie Maloney warned Leviss against skipping the reunion in Wednesday’s “Give Them Lala” episode, agreeing it wouldn’t “bode well.”
“I don’t know if you miss it, you’re done, but … I had COVID last year and I had to still, like, phone it in,” Maloney pointed out.
