It’s official. We can all mark ourselves safe from Hot Hub Summer.
Season 6 of Summer House featured Lindsay Hubbard embracing her single-hood. Who doesn’t long for a chance to start confusing drunken arguments with a brand new lover over the phone? Or the opportunity to treat your roommate’s crush like a jungle gym/kissing booth in broad daylight? So glad she got that chance!
Lindsay and her long-time roommate/neighbor/cast-mate/friend, Carl Radke, announced their romantic relationship in January of this year. Hot Hub summer ended just as Summer House filming came to a close. During the shows reunion, Carl and Lindsay were seated next to each other. And despite Paige DeSorbo scoring a seat next to Andy Cohen, Carl’s loyalty to Linds was front and center.
After the reunion filming Lindsay took to Instagram to congratulate her man on his sobriety and journey through the Summer House. Hub House shared a photo of herself seated next to Carl on the reunion couches with a caption that started, “Just want to say how proud I am of this man.”
During the reunion episodes Paige accused Carl of taking a back seat during this season’s filming. Carl didn’t take kindly to bed-ridden Paige’s opinion, and reminded her of his priority this summer, his sobriety. Paige stayed the victim, though, arguing that it was cruel of Carl to even suggest she might be coming for his relationship with alcohol.
Lindsay seemed to play off the reunion moment adding, “Not only did [Carl] navigate his newfound sobriety last summer with strength & what seemed like ease (even though I know it must have been difficult at times with all of us drinking around him), but he has helped a lot of people along the way.”

The caption continued as Lindsay seemed to make her case of Carl’s value on the show. She said, “The fact that @carlradke has been so open, so vulnerable with his journey, readiness to take accountability, and so dedicated to his own personal growth.. he is inspiring to watch. I love you baby!” Casual.
She ended the post with, “Ps: Look at us growing up into real life adults and sh*t!” If you say so!
