‘Selling Sunset’ cast suspects Emma Hernan and Peter Cornell are dating again

Officially off the market?

The majority of the “Selling Sunset” cast suspects Emma Hernan is dating ex-fiancé Peter Cornell again, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

“Emma’s co-stars strongly believe that she and Peter are back together,” an insider close to the cast of the Netflix reality show says. “She certainly hasn’t been acting single lately.”

Hernan, 30, and Cornell, 45, have been spotted out and about together in Los Angeles over the last few weeks.

Most recently, they were photographed grabbing a bite to eat at West Hollywood’s Kings Road Cafe on Thursday.

And on Sunday, a Page Six spy spotted the duo cozying up to each other as they strolled along Sunset Boulevard near The Oppenheim Group’s Sunset Plaza office, where they both work.

“Emma and Peter definitely looked like a couple,” the onlooker tells us of the real estate agents. “When they crossed the street, Peter placed his hand on Emma’s back, making sure she got to the other side safely. It was really sweet.”

Though she has been enjoying Cornell’s company, the first insider tells Page Six that the Emma-Leigh & Co. founder isn’t interested in flaunting their relationship on-camera.

“It may look like Emma’s living a double life,” the source explains, “but she just doesn’t want to bring her love life onto the show.”

However, a source who has been close with Hernan for four years insists there is “absolutely nothing romantic going on” with Cornell.

“They’ve been friends for years, they’re co-workers. I’m sorry if there are people who work with them that are saying it, but it’s just absolutely not true,” the source says.

“Emma is single and loving it, and really busy with her business. Season 5 of the show is coming out [soon]. It’s a really busy time for her.”

Hernan’s pal maintains she is “dating other people” and “not dating Peter,” adding, “She’s a young, attractive woman, [so she’s dating around].”

As for whether Hernan and Cornell are exes with benefits, the source swears, “No, they’re just good friends.”

A rep for Hernan did not immediately respond when contacted by Page Six for comment.

Meanwhile, a separate insider says Cornell — who serves as director of the Sports and Entertainment Division at The Oppenheim Group — is “beyond happy” not to be directly involved in any “Selling Sunset” storylines.

Hernan and Cornell got engaged in 2017, but we’ve been told that she called it off in 2018.

As fans of the glossy docu-soap will recall, Hernan’s past relationship with Cornell drove much of the Season 4 drama — even if he was never mentioned by name throughout Hernan’s feud with Christine Quinn.

Quinn, 33, a mutual ex of Cornell’s, claimed he once proposed and subsequently cheated on her with Hernan. However, Hernan insisted that Cornell was single when they first got together.

Hernan joined the cast of the Netflix reality show in Season 4.

“I was leaving the gym with who I thought was my boyfriend and she pulled up with her friend and was like, ‘Who the f–k’ is this?’ and started screaming ‘This is my boyfriend!’” Hernan recounted on the show.

When Season 4 debuted in November 2021, Hernan’s rep told Page Six that she and Cornell were no longer together despite speculation that they had reignited their romance.

“There wasn’t any drama. It just wasn’t a right fit, but they’ve been friends ever since,” the publicist said at the time, adding, “They’re still friends. They share a lot of time together and there’s no hostility.”

Season 5 of “Selling Sunset” wrapped production late last year.
