A brand new trick allows Destiny 2 players to level up quickly by farming Fynch reputation. With the newest major expansion, The Witch Queen, Destiny players are looking for a way to fly through all the new worlds and content that the Witch Queen’s Throne World has to offer. Since the expansion has only been out for a few days, players are still discovering new tricks hidden in The Witch Queen.
Leveling for Destiny 2 players became even more important after The Witch Queen expansion. Developer Bungie made the decision to provide all Destiny 2 players with power buffs upon The Witch Queen‘s release, in an attempt to make sure that new and returning players are able to challenge all the new bosses, raids, and challenges that the expansion introduced. These buffs also came with an increase to the maximum power level, meaning that players who were previously at the highest possible power level now had a reason to get back into Destiny 2 to grind for experience. New reputation vendors also offer fans a way to grind and earn legendary loot, including Fynch, a Hive Ghost who aids the Guardians in the fight against Savathûn. Earning reputation with Fynch unlocks new rank rewards. Some players have discovered an easy way to quickly level up their relationship status with Fynch.
Shared to Reddit by user ACelestialWreck, the post outlines a chest route that allows Destiny 2 players to quickly level their reputation once they upgrade Deepsight to Deepsight 3. Once the player has Deepsight 3, the area housing these chests will become available to the players. By following the route, players can level their reputation with Fynch from rank 15 to the max rank (30) in a quarter of the time it would normally. However, this route also doesn’t unlock until the player hits that rank 15, which can be time-consuming on its own.
Leveling their reputation with Fynch can be critical to Destiny 2 players seeking out those rank rewards. In addition to the Deepsight upgrades, Fynch also offers Guardians several Enhancement Cores, the Veritas helmet, and a Throne World Engram Upgrade. The Veritas helmet, in particular, is quite valuable as a Legendary rank 27 armor item.
While Fynch is only one of several sources of new loot added as part of The Witch Queen, tips like these are incredibly helpful to Destiny 2 players who want to maximize their efficiency. Given all the loot that Fynch offers, this tip will certainly be appreciated by other Destiny 2 players. And, as opposed to some other solutions offered, this route doesn’t involve exploiting any glitches that might get patched down the road.
