Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Snoop Dogg just took the stage during the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show tonight. They performed at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California during tonight’s face-off between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals. Jay-Z’s Roc Nation co-produced this year’s halftime show telecast. Watch clips from the event below.

With a live band and dancers on a set comprised of multiple houses and structures, Dre and Snoop began with “The Next Episode” and followed it with Tupac’s “California Love.” Starting while hanging upside-down, 50 Cent delivered a surprise performance of “In Da Club” before Blige showed for a performance of “Family Affair” and “No More Drama.”

Kendrick Lamar was up next, surrounded by Black men wearing “Dre Day” sashes, he performed “Alright” following an intro of “m.A.A.d city.” (The word “popo” was notably omitted.) Eminem then appeared atop a structure with Dr. Dre, opening with “Forgot About Dre” before doing “Lose Yourself.” Anderson .Paak joined on drums, and Eminem closed the performance with a kneel seemingly in tribute to Colin Kaepernick. The show closed with Snoop and Dre reconnecting for “Still D.R.E.” (Dre did indeed perform the line “still not lovin’ police.”)

When the Rams ran out onto the field, they entered to the Nipsey Hussle and YG song “Last Time That I Checcc’d.” Country artist Mickey Guyton sang “The Star Spangled Banner” to kick off the game. The Super Bowl pre-game show featured performances from Jhené Aiko, who sang “America the Beautiful” while joined by a harpist. Mary Mary did a rendition of “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” and Zedd manned duties as the pre-game DJ.
