LCD Soundsystem has been announced as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on February 26. John Mulaney, a former head writer on the show, is set to host.

LCD Soundsystem shared their holiday special on Amazon Prime Video last month, starring Macaulay Culkin, Aparna Nancherla, and Eric Wareheim. Their 20-date residency at Brooklyn Steel in December was cut short as a COVID-19 surged over the holidays. John Mulaney, who last hosted SNL in 2020, joined the Late Night With Seth Meyers staff as a writer shortly after that appearance.
