Zach Davis, the fiancé of “Teen Mom OG” star Cheyenne Floyd, was arrested on Jan. 3 while going through customs at the Los Angeles International Airport, Page Six can confirm.

Davis, 31, was returning home with Floyd, 29, following a vacation in Mexico. According to TMZ, who was first to report the news, customs agents took Davis into custody upon arrival at LAX after finding outstanding arrest warrants.

Law enforcement sources told the outlet that Davis allegedly violated his probation for cases, including theft and DUI.

An arrest record obtained by Page Six reveals that Davis has since been released. His next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 20.

A spokesperson for Los Angeles World Airports and a rep for Floyd did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Floyd and Davis have not publicly addressed the arrest, but have been sharing plenty of pics from their Mexico getaway to Instagram.

“Back home & having vacation withdrawals… also feeling like after a trip with 3 kids we need a vacation, after the vacation lol (adult only) 😂 hope everyone is having a great start to their New Years! 🤍,” Floyd wrote on the same day as Davis’ arrest.

“Happy Birthday baby 🖤@z.terrel chapter 31 is going to be one to remember! I love you,” she captioned the photos.

Floyd and Davis welcomed their first child together, a son named Ace Terrel Davis, last May. The couple got engaged a month prior at her baby shower.

The reality star also shares 4-year-old daughter Ryder with ex-boyfriend Cory Wharton. The two broke up in 2019 after meeting on “MTV’s The Challenge: Rivals III” in 2016.

Ace and Ryder joined Floyd and Davis on the trip, along with the reality star’s sister, R. Kylelynn Floyd, and her 3-year-old son, Baaz.
