Fans Slam Shannon Beador For Promoting Kelly Dodd and Rick Leventhal’s New “Unmasked” Podcast

Reality TV

THAT’S NOT MY PLATE YOU F***ING BITCH!!! How many seasons ago did Shannon Beador scream that in Kelly Dodd’s face at the aptly named restaurant, The Quiet Woman? Throughout Seasons 11 and 12 of Real Housewives of Orange County we witnessed some insane fighting between Shannon and Kelly. By Season 14, Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge were out, leaving Shannon with zero friends on the show.

When you’ve got nothing to lose, call Kelly! The pair have actually been quite friendly the last couple years. Shannon even blamed Tamra for getting in between her and Kelly. Thank god that barrier has since been removed because Shannon can now fully support Kelly’s ridiculousness sans any self-awareness and tact.

Kelly and her husband, fired Fox News correspondent, Rick Leventhal have a new podcast, called Unmasked. Yes, seriously, that’s what it’s called. Kelly and Rick obviously have no boundaries, common sense, or jobs for that matter – so why not deliberately ruffle some feathers with this podcast?

Shannon, who remember had COVID, and claims to care about health, posted her support of Kelly’s new business endeavor on Instagram. In the caption Shannon shared, “this dynamic duo will no doubt be a success with their unbridled and entertaining commentary!” That caption is such a reach. It’s even a bit disturbing since Kelly has shared the kind of uninformed opinions you see disguised as news on Facebook. It’s no surprise here that fans are saying a lot in Shannon’s comments.

One commenter wrote, “to have a show called unmasked during these times… knowing where they stand….. Truthfully classless.” Another person commented, “are you kidding me?!!! Wow, just wow. This isn’t something worth celebrating. UNMASKED is the equivalent of UNINFORMED.”

Another follower stated the obvious, “nobody needs to hear more from them.” Others asked Shannon logical questions, like, “were you hacked?” and “seriously?” While most fans in Shannon’s comments just said no to the whole thing – “that’s a hard pass from me,” “no, thank you. The spread of misinformation is deadly,” “no thanks,” and “no, Shannon, this isn’t cute of you to advertise.”

One follower asked the same question I have, writing, “who cares about [Kelly’s] opinion?” And finally, one person commented, “as Sheree [Whitfield] would say, ‘Hell to the no, to the no, no, no.’” That’s about the best way to sum up Kelly and Rick’s new endeavor.

As for Shannon – in her own words – “you need to stop spreading life-altering rumors about” a deadly virus.
