Bill Aydin is clearly a very talented in-demand plastic surgeon. Just look at his house. And while competition is tough within the field, high demand means there’s enough business for many a successful plastic surgeon. So the gals on the Real Housewives of New Jersey have many options for a nip-tuck doctor.
And while Jennifer Aydin takes advantage of her husband’s skill-set, that doesn’t mean that all the Real Housewives will as well. Sure it’s fine for Jennifer to be legs up, getting laser hair removal in all her intimate places among other things, but not everyone is comfortable with having someone in their social circle that’s seem them in compromising positions as well. Not all cosmetic procedures take place on one’s nether regions, but there may be a conflict of interest in getting medical advice from a friend. Let see what Bill says.
It’s a small world in plastic surgery. On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen revealed that Dolores Catania worked with Bill briefly as a surgical assistant.
“Do you remember working with her and what was she like?” Andy asked Bill.
“Yes, she’s got good hands,” Bill replied praising Dolores’ skills.
Though Dolores worked in Bill’s practice, she doesn’t choose to go to him for her cosmetic procedures. And Bill says it’s better that Dolores had her liposuction, breast augmentation, face lift, and Brazilian butt lift done by another doctor.

Andy asked Bill, “how do you feel about Dolores and Margaret Josephs going to other plastic surgeons. Does it bother you?”
“Not at all,” he replied, “I think it’s better than way. It helps keep the friendship better. Sometimes medical opinions are not taken well when if comes from a friend. So it’s best to keep it separate.”
Presumably, Bill not be doing Dolores‘ thigh lift.
And as for Margaret, Bill probably wouldn’t be her first choice because she feuds with Jennifer far too much.
