Cameran Eubanks “Feels Bad For” Austen Kroll And Jennifer Lopez In Wake Of Madison LeCroy’s Interactions With Alex Rodriguez

Reality TV

Who would have thought that the drama from Madison LeCroy sphere of influence would reverb far beyond the reaches of Southern Charm.  That Austen Kroll wouldn’t be the only one affected by her siren song.  In the spirit of nautical tales, it never ends well to follow that tune.

Clearly, Madison has further ambitions.  That became very clear during the Season 7 reunion, when she revealed her latest target.  And now that the full effect of Madison’s “friendship” with A-Rod is front page celebrity news, Cameran Eubanks wanted to share her thoughts about Austen and Madison.

“It’s pretty crazy,” Cameran told Us Weekly at a charity event, “I feel bad for Austen.  I feel bad for J. Lo, but crazy!”

Southern Charm costars felt the toxicity of Austen and Madison’s relationship.  Craig Conover often stepped in to counsel his friend, and asked Madison to cut communication with Austen after the pair split in December 2020.  He raged against Madison at the January reunion and claimed that she had been, “flying around the country sleeping with men, married men.  Ex-MLB players.”

A-Rod’s name was thrown around after that reunion comment hit the internet.  Though he was engaged to Jennifer Lopez at the time, Madison denied any wrongdoing and said she would take a “lie detector test” to confirm it.  Her exact words were, “he’s never physically cheated on his fiancee with me.”

What about an emotional affair Madison?

J.Lo and A-Rod presented a united front and publicly stuck together until April  15, when they announced their split.  They released a joint statement to the Today show.

“We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so,” the statement reads, “we will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support.”

Cameran expressed sympathy for J.Lo and the damaged relationship.

As for Austen and Madison, Cameran never thought the pair had longevity.  “I never saw them making it,” she said, “like I always told Austen, ‘I don’t think we’re going to be dancing at y’all’s wedding.’  They were just two different people.”

But Cameran predicts happier days ahead for her costar.  “Austen is such a great guy,” she said, “I think the world of him, he is such a sweetheart. He genuinely has a very, very good heart, and I know there is a wonderful girl out there for him.”

Reflecting on all the drama of the past season, Us Weekly asked Cameran if she regrets leaving the show.

“I miss certain people that I got to spend a lot of time with, and we had some really great times and a lot of laughs,” Cameran opined, “I don’t miss the drama part of it. That part can be very anxiety-inducing, never knowing what’s going to be said or misconstrued. I will say my life is a lot less stressful, not filming the show. But there are some wonderful aspects of it that I do [miss].”
