Phoebe Bridgers, Kathleen Hanna, Michael Stipe, More to Play Event Honoring RBG

Phoebe Bridgers, Kathleen Hanna, Michael Stipe, Margo Price, Kesha, Hayley Williams, and more are slated to take part in “Honor Her Wish,” a virtual celebration of the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died last month at 87. The event will act as a tribute to RBG, as well as a rally against the President’s attempt to fill RBG’s Supreme Court seat before the election. “Honor Her Wish” will take place Monday October 10 at 8 p.m. Eastern, and will feature additional appearances from Hillary Rodham Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Stacey Abrams, Elizabeth Warren, Gloria Steinem, and many more. The title “Honor Her Wish” refers to RBG’s dying wish that her seat be filled after the Presidential inauguration in January. The virtual event will coincide with the first day of the planned confirmation hearings for Donald Trump’s pick to replace RBG.
