‘Ghost of Tsushima: Legends’ Update Arrives October 16

In case you missed it, Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima will be receiving a free update (entitled Legends) in the form of a multiplayer co-op mode. In fact, it’s arriving next week on October 16, and Sony has taken the occasion to release a new trailer touting the update.

Sucker Punch revealed more about the update over at PlayStation Blog, which will also include a New Game+ mode, along with quality of life improvements in addition to the aforementioned co-op mode.

The co-op mode features two-player story missions and four-player survival missions, as well as a Raid mode that will be released in the weeks following launch. Legends features four classes, each with their own unique abilities and upgrades. Players can mix and match between the classes to create their own unique party.

Along with the new gameplay content, Legends also features a Photo Mode, as well as new cosmetics and an Armour Layout, which allow you to assign all your Charms and vanity items to each armour set to swap between loadouts.

Ghost of Tsushima is available now on PlayStation 4.
