Horror

Every corpse tells a story.

Clancy Brown plays the creepy host in Ryan Spindell‘s upcoming horror anthology film The Mortuary Collection (review), which is coming to Shudder on the road to Halloween.

Sam Raimi calls The Mortuary Collection “A twisted tapestry of grisly fun and endlessly inventive terror” in a new trailer unleashed by Shudder today, which you’ll find below!

The Mortuary Collection begins haunting Shudder on October 15.

In the film, a young drifter applies for a job at the local mortuary and meets an eccentric mortician (Clancy Brown) who chronicles the strange history of the town through a series of twisted tales, each more terrifying than the last.

With five twisted tales of terror, The Mortuary Collection promises to transport you back to anthology films of the 70s with loving inspiration from EC horror comics, Peter Jackson and Steven Spielberg. The film’s cast also includes Caitlin Fisher (Teen Wolf), Jacob Elordi (Euphoria), Barak Hardley (Spell), Sarah Hey (Braid) and Christine Kilmer.
