Damn, supports of Trump, back at it again with the backwards definitions of gender and identity?

In today’s edition of  ‘an adult angered by a child and parent’s mere existence’, a self-described “freedom-fighter, patriot, [and] occasionally funny” Twitter user Ashley StClair tried to take down a father and son who ripped apart the gendered-child rearing playbook.

In a Twitter video – originally posted on the father’s Instagram – it sees Norwegian comedian Ørjan Burøe donned in a Princess Elsa costume from the movie Frozen.

Pro-Trump influencer: ‘The testosterone is being sucked from our men’.

With ‘Let it Go’ blasting in the background, Burøe euphorically dances and glides across the living room floor while his son, also in a dress, lip-syncs the song.

But StClair slammed the video, as she tweeted: “The testosterone is being sucked from our men right before our eyes.”

“Occasionally funny” seems about right.

The comment section quickly became a bizarre pocket dimension, as exchanges such as this occurred:

As well as this:

And this:

Users marched into StClair’s mentions, armed with history books and accounts of their own parents forcing them to participate in traditional ‘gendered” activities, yet still becoming, “gay as Hell”.

Another added: “Just say men aren’t allowed feelings already.”

“This dad is going to actually know his kid instead of whatever version of his kid his kid has learned through hard experience will be acceptable to his dad,” Julius said.

Overall, while factions of her following agreed with her, many users sought to remind StClair that, ultimately, all the father is doing is allowing his child to simply be.

Twitter user against “political agendas being pushed on kids” while doing exactly that.

Amid criticism, StClair defended herself by saying that she fears “little boys in dresses [are] being normalised.

“We’re in a time where kids as young as five as being taught they can be any gender they want.”

Crucially, however, people reminded her: “Why can’t it be normalised?

“I mean you and some other people try to control what other people do with their own lives but who put you in authority?

“Just mind your business and keep it moving.

“Is that hard?”
