RAGE 2‘s next expansion takes on an Army of Darkness twist with “TerrorMania”, which is due out November 14. The expansion turns the wasteland into a “twisted and cursed alternate reality”, where skeletons everywhere are hungry for your blood.
The story for the expansion goes that “hapless Goons” have torn open a gateway to an alternate dimension called the Deadlands. Your objective is simple: Reverse the curse before the skeletal forces of darkness can break free and take over the land of the living. You’ll be equipping yourself with a brand-new weapon – the powerful Sword of Transitus that’s also the key to unlocking the gates between realities.
No word on if you’ll get a chainsaw for a hand, though.
The base expansion will cost 500 RAGE coins, which equate to $5 USD. RAGE 2 is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
