Did Sex and the City’s Kim Cattrall Return for And Just Like That’s Series Finale? The Truth

Warning: This story contains major spoilers from the Aug. 14 episode of And Just Like That.

And just like that… it’s over.

Sex and the City revival And Just Like That aired its series finale on HBO Max Aug. 14 after three seasons, representing the latest goodbye to beloved characters Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte York (Kristin Davis).

But what about the series’ fourth main character Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall)?

Well, fans holding out hope for a surprise cameo from the beloved PR executive in honor of the series’ final episode were surely disappointed that Samantha did not appear in the And Just Like That series finale—nor was she even mentioned.

In fact, the only brief cameo Kim has made was in the show’s season two finale, which saw Samantha and Carrie sharing a quick phone call.
