France’s LVMH Group appoints Ludovic Pauchard to key industrial role

LVMH, the French multinational holding company specialising in luxury goods, has announced the appointment of Ludovic Pauchard as the new industrial and craftsmanship director of LVMH Group and executive chairman of LVMH Métiers d’Art, effective September 1, 2025. He will report directly to Stéphane Bianchi, LVMH Group managing director.

In his new role, Ludovic Pauchard will lead the LVMH Group’s industrial strategy, ensuring operational excellence at each stage in production, while upholding respect for LVMH’s commitments regarding ethics, vigilance, environmental protection and social responsibility, the company said in a LinkedIn post.

French luxury conglomerate LVMH has appointed Ludovic Pauchard as industrial and craftsmanship director of LVMH Group and executive chairman of LVMH Métiers d’Art.
Reporting to Stéphane Bianchi, he will oversee the Group’s industrial strategy, uphold ethical and environmental standards, and safeguard specialised craft expertise vital to the creativity and excellence of LVMH’s Maisons.

Additionally, as the president of LVMH Métiers d’Art, he will also be tasked with securing and maintaining strategic specialised activities and craft expertise specific to each business sector, thus helping nurture the creativity and excellence of the Group’s Maisons.
