Adam Brody and Leighton Meester have the kind of relationship that everybody wants.
And his Nobody Wants This costar Jackie Tohn stressed as much. Just days after Netflix announced that the Gossip Girl alum would be guest starring alongside her husband in the series’ second season, the GLOW actress gushed over their endearing relationship.
“They’re couple goals and beyond,” Jackie exclusively told E! News Feb. 24 at Cure Addiction Now’s Inaugural Fundraising Evening. “Adam, he’s just an incredible guy.” (For more interviews from the evening, tune in to E! News tonight, Feb. 25 at 11 p.m.)
And though she had only recently had the pleasure of meeting Leighton, Jackie immediately took a liking to the 38-year-old.
“I only met her through Adam when we started shooting,” she explained, “and she is—she’s like a salt of the Earth, she’s as funny as she is pretty and you’re like, ‘Oh that’s annoying, ugh.’ She’s great.”
