Fresh from being earning a nomination from The Game Awards this year, Ironwood Studios’ Pacific Drive has a new Winter update for fans in “Trips and Treasures.” Available now, this third content update introduces new gameplay features and cosmetic options. For those who love cosmetics, a new cosmetic add-on in the “Frosted Pack” is also available for $4.99.

New in this update includes 23 new cosmetic items to be discovered on your trips out into the Zone – some from brand new sources. You can use 30 different locations in the garage to display your hard won trophies, with even more being added in the future.

Also new in Pacific Drive thanks to the Trips and Treasures update are Goldshells. Be on the lookout for these puzzling little containers out on your trips. Once you find them, the next challenge will be to find inventive ways to break them open. You’ll get a chance to collect additional car cosmetics, and the new garage items as well.

Under the hood, Pacific Drive gets a boost with an upgrade in Unreal Engine 4, adding significant performance and stability improvements.

Then there’s the Frosted Pack, which includes the following:

  • Snowflake Antenna Topper
  • Frozen Steering Wheel
  • Snowman Bobblehead
  • The Chrome Toboggan Hood Ornament
  • Snowdrop Mirror Ornament
  • Blizzard Decal Kit

Also, you can enjoy two new free cosmetics in the form of:

  • A Hot Cocoa Sticker
  • The Ski Pole Shifter

Pacific Drive is available now on PC via Steam and PlayStation 5.
