Alan Wake II fans will get their fix tomorrow with the first expansion for the game with “Night Springs”. Not only that, but for physical media fanatics, Remedy Entertainment has finally announced physical Deluxe and Collector’s Editions for Alan Wake II, coming this Fall. Pre-orders open tomorrow.

Night Springs brings with it three new episodes, featuring some familiar characters as they experience the unexplainable. While similar to previously known characters, they are different—Night Springs versions of themselves. Become the Time Breaker, manipulating time to rewrite your destiny. Embrace the cosmic mysteries as the North Star and unravel secrets that defy reason. Or channel your inner obsession as the Number One Fan, fighting the shadows in pursuit of truth and love.

Meanwhile, the Physical Deluxe Edition and the Physical Limited Collector’s Edition of Alan Wake II is available for PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series. Featuring exclusive bonus content and collectibles, they will also contain a digital edition of Alan Wake Remastered. Here’s what you get:

  • Physical Deluxe Edition ($79.99 USD): Includes the base game, Expansion Pass, Alan Wake Remastered (digital), and additional deluxe in-game bonus content.
  • Physical Limited Collector’s Edition ($199.99): Features all the contents of the Deluxe Edition, plus exclusive physical collectibles such as Alan’s Angel Lamp functional replica, Coffee World pin set, Ocean View Hotel keychain and key, and Alan Wake II artbook, all in a special Collector’s Edition box with custom-designed artwork.

The Night Springs expansion will be available to all owners of the Deluxe Edition of Alan Wake II. No word yet on the second expansion, which is reportedly also due out later this year.

Alan Wake II is out now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via the Epic Games Store.
