BFC Newgen names Pull&Bear as principal partner

Pull&Bear has been announced as the principal partner of BFC Newgen, the most internationally celebrated emerging talent support and showcasing initiative. BFC Newgen offers designers financial support, showcasing opportunities, and mentoring to develop critical skills to future proof their businesses. The global fashion brand will work with the BFC, initially for 12 months, to support the very best emerging talent and build global, responsible fashion brands of the future.

Pull&Bear is committed to championing creativity, fashion and entrepreneurship. With core values focused on youth, fashion, creativity, diversity and sustainability, the brand will support each designer with direct financial support and mentorship, share knowledge and invest in resources for the designers as well as provide a platform for storytelling, through its new experiential vertical ‘Canvas for Creativity’, BFC said in a press release.

“We are delighted to announce Pull&Bear as the new principal partner for BFC Newgen. As we emerge from a fantastic year celebrating 30 years of the designer support initiative, we are looking for new and exciting ways to continue to support the pipeline of creative talent. Pull&Bear have a wealth of industry knowledge and experience and offer amazing flexibility in how they can support our designers. I look forward to announcing this year’s recipients and seeing what is in store for the partnership,” Caroline Rush, chief executive, British Fashion Council, said.

Through our filter of ‘Canvas for Creativity’ we will make available our extensive resources to allow the designers to bring to life their creative vision by accessing our global network and community to tell their stories.
