The Countess has compassion.

“Real Housewives of New York City” alum Luann de Lesseps shared her reaction to fellow Bravolebrity Shannon Beador’s recent DUI arrest on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

“I’m sure this is a great wakeup call for her and I’m sure she’s on the way of taking good care of herself,” de Lesseps, 58, told us, offering a message of support to the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, 59.

“And I hope that she is.”

The “Chic C’est La Vie” singer — who is currently in the middle of a revamped Countess Cabaret tour — said that she’s been asked about Beador’s situation during the fan Q&A portion of her performances.

“The Shannon Beador thing [comes] up,” de Lesseps admitted, adding that she’s been “thinking about” the “RHOC” personality since the latter’s drunken hit-and-run made headlines earlier this month.

“Look, when things happen like that, there’s only one way to go,” she said, suggesting that things can only get better for Beador from here on out.

Beador’s attorney, Mike Fell, subsequently released a statement expressing how “apologetic and remorseful” Beador felt.

“We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available,” he told Page Six. “Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”

De Lesseps, for her part, was arrested in December 2017 for allegedly kicking a police officer, disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest in Palm Beach, Fla.

De Lesseps had her own brush with the law in December 2017, but has since bounced back.

Speaking from experience, she suspects that Beador is in need of a little privacy as she navigates the aftermath of her actions.

“I think at a time like this people need their privacy and they need to work on things themselves and some quiet time,” said de Lesseps.

The entertainer, who is currently focused on maintaining her sobriety, has candidly discussed her brush with the law in her cabaret show. These days, however, fans are more interested in a behind-the-scenes scoop from her time filming “Luann & Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake” — which aired this summer — with good pal Sonja Morgan.

“When I talk about ‘Crappie Lake,’ they want to know about Sonja and ‘did you guys really sleep in the motel, did you really stay there, did you really catch that catfish?’” the non-alcoholic Fosé Rosé founder said.

“Well, hell yeah, I caught that catfish with bare hands!”

De Lesseps’ next cabaret show is scheduled for Oct. 5 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Toronto; her final performances of this tour are slated for Dec. 21-23 at New York City’s 54 Below.
