Teddi Mellencamp shared that doctors found another melanoma after she’s had several removed over the course of the last 11 months.
“I found out late yesterday afternoon that the most recent spot biopsied is another melanoma. I can’t even remember if this is the 12th or 13th one,” she wrote under a teary-eyed selfie on Wednesday.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum shared a second photo of her back and drew an arrow pointing to the spot.
“At this point, I am starting to black-out these memories like a portion of my childhood. I slept maybe 2 hours last night because my mind was racing,” she continued.
Mellencamp, 42, expressed her gratitude for the doctor catching it at her quarterly checkup, because it’s still at the “early” stage.
“This means another surgery next week and additional biopsies,” she explained.
She admitted that she was laying in bed with “tears in my eyes,” but added that “life goes on,” and she has a lot on her plate not relating to the diagnosis.
“I am also reminded of my faith and the reminder I keep telling myself, ‘We can do hard things.’ We have so many beautiful things to look forward to, so if you woke up today feeling lost or scared, I encourage you to make a list of some of the things you are truly grateful for and what you are most excited about,” she continued.
The former Bravolebrity ended her post by sending “love” to all her followers and reminding them, “We are not alone.”
Several other “Real Housewives” stars flocked to the comments to express their love for Mellencamp.

Mellencamp has been undergoing surgeries to have melanomas removed ever since she was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma last October.
Fortunately, Mellencamp revealed in December that “the surgeries were successful and the margins are clear.”
However, a month later she went back in for another checkup, and the doctors had found three new spots that had to be biopsied, but in February, she confirmed they were benign.
