‘Southern Charm’s’ Leva Bonaparte roasts Thomas Ravenel for ‘going after’ her with ‘boring’ shade

Reality TV

”Southern Charm” star Leva Bonaparte was unfazed by former castmate Thomas Ravenel’s attempt to throw shade by calling her “boring.”

“lol when 60 something year old men keep going after women it’s odd….isn’t it?” she wrote in the comment section of Page Six’s Instagram post about Ravenel’s comments.

Bonaparte, who officially joined the cast of “Southern Charm” in 2020, also joked that she “love[s] that he still tunes in” despite leaving the show five years ago.

The “Southern Hospitality” star, 44, continued to roast the disgraced politician, writing, “No point in listing what made him great TV, that would be a little much.”

In a since-deleted tweet from Saturday, Ravenel wrote, “Just watched the latest update on Southern Charm and can’t believe the most boring person on there is still Leva.”

Ravenel, 61, stepped back from Bravo in 2018 after pleading guilty to assault and battery charges, which were brought against him by his children’s former nanny in 2015.

The nanny, Dawn Ledwell, claimed Ravenel forcefully attempted to kiss her while she working at his home one evening.

The former Bravolebrity admitted fault in court in 2019, telling the judge, “Your honor, on the night of the incident, I did attempt to kiss her, and in so doing, I grabbed her arm and that was wrong and I am much appreciative of the opportunity to apologize to her in court today.”

Before his time on the Bravo show, Ravenel also had a tumultuous political career that came to an end when he resigned from his position as South Carolina treasurer after being indicted on federal drug charges.

In June 2007, Ravenel was accused of buying less than 500 grams of cocaine to share with other people.

The former politician pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy with intent to distribute cocaine and was later sentenced to 10 months in federal prison.

Ravenel also underwent a messy custody battle with his ex-girlfriend and former “Southern Charm” co-star, Kathryn Dennis. He was reportedly awarded permanent sole custody of their two children in January.

Meanwhile, Bonaparte sent her well wishes to the Bravo alum and his kids.

“Wish you and the kids well Thomas. God Speed,” she wrote.
