Boygenius Cover Dan Reeder’s “Stay Down, Man”: Watch

Boygenius covered Dan Reeder’s “Stay Down, Man” in a recent SiriusXMU session, and you can watch it happen below. The Louisiana-born, California-raised folk artist and instrument-maker originally released the track in 2020, and it appeared on his album Every Which Way later that year.  Boygenius also played “Cool About It” and “Not Strong Enough” from The Record, and you can hear that below, too.

Boygenius are touring North America this year, including a headline set at All Things Go in the fall. They’re also leading shows with Bartees Strange, Clairo, and Dijon as part of the Re:Set concert series this month.
