Kim Zolciak is now promoting weight loss pills after sporting a slim frame following news of her bitter divorce from Kroy Biermann.
Just days after the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum raised eyebrows over her slimmed-down frame, she shared a promo for a weight loss pill called Lean Body System.
“Look and feel your best!” the 45-year-old wrote on her Instagram Story alongside a bikini photo.
“Use code FITKIM to get 10% OFF your 1st order,” she added before dropping a link for the $175 pills.
According to the Mōdere website, Lean Body System “accelerates fat reduction, improves muscle tone and promotes lean body composition.”
However, the fine print noted that many of the alleged benefits have “not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration” and that drastic results are “not typical.”

Many of Zolciak’s loyal followers recently voiced their concerns about her substantial weight loss after she shared a series of photos wearing a hip-hugging, pink mini dress.
“Beautiful still but too thin! Hope all is well,” one user commented, while another wrote, “You do look pretty but way too thin now.”
“Kim you look so tiny is that [face]tune or are you not eating ??” asked another. “Worried about you sugar.”
Zolciak isn’t the only Bravolebrity looking slimmer than ever in recent months, with many crediting their fit figures to the celeb-loved weight-loss drug Ozempic.
While it’s unclear if the reality TV star actually takes Lean Body System, her partnership with Mōdere comes at the perfect time amid her ongoing financial woes.
Zolciak and Biermann, 37, split last month after 11 years of marriage. While the reason for their split is unknown, many reports suggest that the couple’s financial troubles had something to do with it.
In fact, the NFL star accused his soon-to-be ex-wife of having a gambling problem, which he claims “financially devastated” their family.
That same month, TMZ reported that Zolciak and Biermann owed the IRS more than $1 million for unpaid taxes, interest and penalties. They also reportedly owe the state of Georgia $15,000 for unpaid taxes.
To help pay off the alleged debt, Zolciak recently started selling some of her prized possessions, including her signature blonde wigs.
Fans will have to pay anywhere between $1,500 to $2,750 for a chance to rock her iconic blonde tresses, which are being sold on her online storefront, The Biermann’s Closet.
