No, Ariana Madix did not unfollow boss Lisa Vanderpump.
“Neither of us followed each other,” the “Vanderpump Rules” star commented to @byewighellodrama after the Instagram account noticed the restauranteur was not among the 1,000 people Madix currently follows on the social media app.
However, the status of the pair’s offline relationship is unknown after Vanderpump doubled down on her defense of Madix’s cheating ex-boyfriend and co-star, Tom Sandoval.
“I didn’t take sides with Tom. I definitely condemned what he did,” Vanderpump told E! News on Thursday after fans blasted her for comforting him during the Season 10 finale.
“You know, I can’t write him off as a person because he had an affair,” she went on. “The way he handled it, yes, of course.”
The SUR owner, 62, added that she doesn’t want to “pile on” while Sandoval gets “lambasted by the whole world” for his actions.
“Also, I feel like a mother to some of these children,” she noted. “I’m going to try and have a modicum of — not empathy, I don’t have empathy — but a modicum of hope. Maybe for the future.”

During Wednesday’s episode of the Bravo reality show, Vanderpump was initially hard on Sandoval, 40, after his months-long dalliance with co-star Raquel Leviss was exposed.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum said she didn’t “understand” how he could betray his girlfriend of nearly a decade by “sleeping with one of her best friends.”
But when the musician began allegedly hyperventilating over how poorly his last conversation with Madix had gone, Vanderpump softened her tune.
“It’s gonna get better from here on in,” she said as she consoled him. “It’s been all too much, I know.”
Vanderpump added that she would not turn her back on Sandoval despite denouncing his behavior, assuring him, “You’re not a bad person, Tom, you just did a bad thing.”
After the episode aired, Madix, 37, stopped by “Watch What Happens Live” for her first interview post-Scandoval.
The Something About Her co-owner had previously said she “would not have mutual friends with” her ex but told Andy Cohen that Vanderpump “might be the one exception to the rule.”
“I love Lisa so dearly,” she shared. “I mean, she was a little nice to [Sandoval] in the [finale] episode, but I understand where she’s coming from.”
