Alexia Nepola screams that Marysol Patton should be medicated during an explosive argument in the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” Season 3 trailer.
“You think you are my friend, but you told everyone I have a fake marriage?” Patton, 56, asks Nepola, referring to her April 2021 wedding to Steve McNamara.
“You know what? You f–king need to get on pills. Your brain is, like, fried,” Nepola, 55, screams back while pointing at her best friend.
The duo’s “RHUGT” co-stars Gizelle Bryant and Porsha Williams quietly sit next to them in a van in the teaser, released Friday, while looking stunned to see the “Real Housewives of Miami” castmates arguing.
Patton previously told Page Six exclusively that filming the Peacock spinoff had put “pressure” on her friendship with Nepola.
“It’s a lot of luggage, it’s a lot of cameras, it’s a lot of people, a lot of stimuli, getting ready, s–t everywhere,” Patton told us in December 2022. “We were the only ones that shared a room, so that just adds to the pressure of the whole thing.”
The former publicist explained at the time that because she and her businesswoman BFF have a “sister”-like relationship, they “bicker” both onscreen and offscreen.
“But we love harder and laugh harder than anybody, so, you know, we’re doing real life in front of the cameras, so you get to see a little real life of our every day,” she continued.
Despite their disagreements, Patton and Nepola are still on good terms and talk “like 300 times a day.”
The “Miami” ladies are just one pair of “Housewives” who struggle to get along when “Ultimate Girls Trip” takes on Thailand.
Elsewhere in the new trailer, “Real Housewives of Potomac” frenemies Gizelle Bryant and Candiace Dillard get into several heated arguments — one of which shows Dillard, 36, claiming Bryant, 52, is “accusing us of larceny” and wanting her to “go to jail.”
Meanwhile, former best friends and cousins Heather Gay and Whitney Rose from “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” continue to be on rocky terms, with Gay, 40, shouting that she doesn’t “owe [Rose] anything for [her] to be loyal.”
“Real Housewives of New York City” alum Leah McSweeney and former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams also fail to get along and blatantly admit they don’t like each other.
Dillard later brings up Williams, 41, getting engaged — and eventually married — to her former co-star Falynn Pina’s ex-husband, Simon Guobadia.
“Y’all became friends, and two minutes later, you and her husband was dating. You stole somebody’s man!” Dillard says to Williams during a group dinner.
The first three episodes of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” Season 3 begin streaming March 23 on Peacock, with additional episodes being released every Thursday.
