Real Housewives Of Atlanta Alum Falynn Pina And Fiancé Jaylan Banks Split Up

Reality TV

Falynn Pina, the former “friend of the Housewives” on Real Housewives of Atlanta, is facing another heartbreak. According to Page Six, her 16-month engagement to Jaylan Banks has been called off. And the two have broken up.

We first met Falynn on RHOA as Falynn Guobadia. She was married to Simon Guobadia. Then, Porsha Williams swooped in. From there, the timeline of events got messy. Since her divorce from Simon, Falynn has been with Jaylan Banks. Simon accused her of having an affair with Jaylan during their marriage.

Once the dust settled from the RHOA scandal, Falynn and Jaylan were seemingly on a good path. But, the couple called it quits before they made it down the aisle. Unfortunately, the news came right before Valentine’s Day. Hopefully, they kept the receipts for their gifts.

“It is with deep sadness in our hearts that we have decided to end our journey as a couple,” the couple wrote in an Instagram post, which has since been deleted. “Though we love each other very much, we feel it is best to part ways. Our bond as family and friends will never be broken,” they continued.

Falynn and Jaylan’s breakup comes just a month after Falynn revealed she suffered a miscarriage. The RHOA alum revealed the heartwrenching news in an Instagram post, writing, “Though we understand that God has a plan, our home is filled with tears and broken hearts.” She added, “Rest in heaven, Jean Pina. Mommy and Daddy love you so very much.”

Of course, the couple is asking for privacy during this sensitive time. They didn’t share a specific reason for calling it quits. But, with so much heartbreak in their household right now, all we can do is send them positive vibes.

Falynn and Jaylan got engaged in October 2021, just a month before they welcomed their first child, Emma. It was Falynn’s fourth child, and her first daughter. Now that their engagement has been called off, the duo will have to learn how to co-parent for the sake of their daughter.
