Jen Shah responds to Andy Cohen’s theory that she gave Heather Gay the black eye

Reality TV

“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah has “no comment” for Andy Cohen after he shared his theory on how Heather Gay got her black eye.

After the Bravo producer, 54, said he believes it was Shah who gave her so-called best friend the shiner, her rep said that she is choosing “to focus this time with her family” instead of Cohen’s claims.

“I personally know that she has not spoken to Andy Cohen since before the reunion where he called her directly to beg her to attend the ‘RHOSLC’ [Season] 3 reunion,” her rep told Life & Style on Thursday.

Shah’s rep claimed that the “Watch What Happens Live” host’s “aggressions” come from “the fact that we passed on the [one-on-one interview] six times,” which Shah was reportedly going to do before beginning her sentence.

Earlier this week, Cohen expressed that he believes Shah, 49, gave Gay her infamous black eye during a cast trip to San Diego in Season 3 of the “RHOSLC.”

“I think it’s from a cast member,” Lala Kent hinted during Wednesday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” before Cohen added, “From Jen Shah? I do too. I don’t think she hit her head on a cabinet and got scratches on her arm.”

While everyone has speculated about how Gay received the injury, she said she doesn’t recall how it happened.

“I blacked out,” the “Bad Mormom” author, 40, claimed on Part 1 of the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” reunion. “I don’t know how it happened.”

“I woke up terrified. I had my phone plugged in, I was in pajamas,” she explained, adding that she was “scared” that her castmates would see it as an opportunity to “rewrite the narrative” if they knew she didn’t remember what happened.

“When production came into my room, I told them, I said, ‘I have no idea, I have no memory,’” Gay continued. “And then it spun out of control after that, and I take full responsibility, and I’m really sorry. It’s terrifying.”

Cohen said that Bravo conducted an investigation into Gay’s black eye, but that they “didn’t find anything, and there was no additional footage.”

A black eye seems to be the last thing on Shah’s mind as she turned herself in on Friday to begin her prison sentence. Last July, the Bravolebrity pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing.
