Kenya Moore revealed she and her estranged husband, Marc Daly, did not sign a prenuptial agreement.
“No prenup, so yeah, unfortunately,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, 51, recently told TMZ when asked why her divorce has taken longer than expected.
Moore stayed tight-lipped about how much longer she thinks it’ll be until her divorce is finalized, joking that hopefully she can have a “hot girl summer.”
The Bravolebrity explained during the “RHOA” Season 14 reunion last year that her divorce was ultimately at a “standstill.”
“He’s not asking for anything at this point. It’s just at a standstill, so until we get a trial date or settle, it’s still going to continue to go on,” she said in an episode that aired in September.
Moore filed for divorce in May 2021 after nearly four years of marriage. The estranged couple share 4-year-old daughter Brooklyn.
The “Dancing With the Stars” alum initially attempted to keep her marriage to Daly, 52, out of the spotlight, even secretly tying the knot with restaurateur in June 2017. But after Daly made his debut on “RHOA,” the pair were shown arguing over doubts in their relationship.
“I felt lost in my marriage,” Moore explained to Page Six in November 2021. “I lost myself, I lost my voice and I lost a lot of my confidence and self-esteem because of everything that was happening with the relationship.”
The former Miss USA hasn’t let her ongoing divorce deter her from living her life, however.
“I’m definitely doing some group dating and have people pursuing me, but nothing serious yet,” she said during the same “RHOA” reunion episode, later clarifying that “group dating” meant she goes “out with some friends.”
As for what she’s looking for in her next partner? Moore told Page Six in October 2021 that Mr. Right has to be “really kind and funny” and make her laugh.
“I just want to have a good time right now,” she shared at the time.
