Following his confession, she admitted that she also “just wasn’t attracted” to him anymore, which led her to know that their relationship was “over.”

“It was almost a relief,” she added. “I’m not going to keep fighting for this, and I’m not going to keep trying and I’m not going to keep doing this if you’re not attracted to me. So everything that I’ve done for you, for the family, means nothing.’”

In the same episode, Kody dubbed Christine, 50, a “game player” and insisted that his “stoic” reaction to her leaving was a result of the issues in their marriage.

“I was ambivalent. I was trying to be stoic about it,” he said. “[Christine] is a game player. From the time we were married — manipulation, pouting, temper tantrums, just behavior things.”

“Some of the games that were happening were when we moved to Flagstaff, Ariz.,” he continued.

Christine said it was “terrible to hear” the comments her former husband made about her.

The Brown family patriarch, 53, explained that two years before they called it quits, Christine “lost her s–” after he thought of reconciling with Meri, his first wife.

He said, “Meri gave me this really cool birthday present and I’m in this place expressing to Janelle, Christine and Robyn that I might reconcile with Meri. And Christine lost her s–t that day. She comes to our family party and yells to one of the kids that she was in a loveless marriage.”

But it wasn’t just with Christine that Kody had issues with in the last couple of years.

After Kody and Christine announced that they’d be going their separate ways in Nov. 2021, second wife Janelle Brown also went their separate ways after more than 20 years together.

Shortly after the two women left, Kody admitted he and his first wife, Meri Brown, had also parted ways after 32 together.

Robyn is the last of the “Sister Wives” to still be by Kody’s side.
