Watch Mac DeMarco Join Domi & JD Beck to Perform “Two Shrimps” on Fallon

DeMarco and the jazz duo brought the Not Tight single to the Tonight Show stage—which was decked with shrubs and cherry blossoms

Mac DeMarco joined jazz duo Domi & JD Beck onstage during The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday (November 30). They performed their joint single “Two Shrimps,” which appears on Domi & JD Beck’s debut album Not Tight. Watch DeMarco and the two musicians perform among shrubs and cherry blossoms below.

Domi & JD Beck released Not Tight in July. The LP also features the singles “Take a Chance,” featuring Anderson .Paak, as well as “Smile” and “Whatup.” The record also has contributions from Herbie Hancock, Snoop Dogg, Thundercat, Busta Rhymes, and Kurt Rosenwinkel. The duo were recently nominated for two Grammy Awards: Best New Artist, and Best Contemporary Instrumental Album (Not Tight).

In September, DeMarco linked up with Snail Mail for their new song “A Cuckhold’s Refrain – Peppermint Patty.” His last studio album was 2019’s Here Comes the Cowboy.
