The Zolciak-Biermann family can apparently laugh about Ariana’s DUI bust now that the reality star is officially 21.
The second eldest daughter of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak celebrated turning the legal drinking age Monday night with a birthday cake decorated with a photo of her mugshot — merely two months after her arrest.
“Well, we’re finally 21. Happy birthday, you guys,” Ariana’s older sister, 25-year-old Brielle Biermann, said in an Instagram Story video showing the birthday girl and her boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, holding their respective mugshot sheet cakes.
In the short clip, Ariana flashed the camera a seductive smile while using her French-manicured fingers to lick some of the pink and orange frosting off the side of her personalized dessert. Meanwhile, McLeroy — who turned 21 on Tuesday — jokingly shook his head in embarrassment.
“1 day apart 🙂 im a cougar 🥺,” Ariana wrote atop a video of her planting a big kiss on her almost-birthday twin, whom she has dated on and off since the pair met in high school.
For their big day, the couple celebrated with a dinner at an unidentified Atlanta restaurant along with a dozen of their friends. Ariana’s pastel pink strapless minidress matched the balloons attached to the chairs seated at the long, rectangular table.
Ariana and McLeroy were arrested in the predawn hours of Aug. 13 — when they were both 20 — and subsequently charged with several misdemeanors.
The “Don’t Be Tardy” alum was slapped with charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper/erratic lane change and underage possession/purchase of alcohol. She was released from Forsyth County Jail on a $5,120 bond.
McLeroy was also charged with DUI, along with furnishing alcohol to a minor and violating the conditions of his limited driving permit.
However, Ariana’s lawyer denied the charges shortly after his client’s arrest made headlines.
“Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI,” the attorney said in a statement to People at the time.
“Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case,” the lawyer continued. “She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them.”
Zolciak, 44, also rushed to her daughter’s defense by re-posting the attorney’s statement and insisting that the “minor fender bender” had nothing to do with booze.
The former Bravolebrity wrote via her Instagram Story at the time that Ariana “admitted to consuming marijuana the day before” the incident occurred.
“[That was] over 24 hours prior to her contact with law enforcement,” Zolciak claimed, adding that her child was “cooperative and honest” throughout the ordeal.
Zolciak also shares sons Kroy Jr., 11, and Kash, 10, as well as fraternal twins Kaia and Kane, 8, with husband Kroy Biermann.
